How many weeks will it take? Will I be fixed?
As a general guide, you will start to feel the difference after 4 modules and really start to see changes with 6-8 modules, provided you are following all the program guidelines mindfully & consistently. Of course, the more mindfully & consistently your follow the program, the quicker & more noticeable the results will be.
We encourage you to progress at your own pace – everyone heals at a different rate and there is no ‘behind’ or ‘failed’ in MUTU! There is absolutely no benefit to jumping ahead or rushing through the program.
During this time, our general advice is that you only do the MUTU workouts, along with your walking. Most MUTU Mamas continue to incorporate the core & stretching work into their lifestyle way beyond the time taken to complete the 12 modules of the program. You’ll continue to see and feel improvements to the way your body looks and feels.
