I feel like I've been stuck on this module forever
Always the advice on ‘when to move on’ after you’ve been there a while is: try the next one. If it feels good and you feel stable and strong, you’re good.
If you feel like you’re ‘falling out’ if there is ANY bulging, doming, bearing down, pressure or discomfort, you’re not ready so back up a while. Remember you can phase it in gradually too – some moves feel good but others not so much? Try modifying them - see how it feels. Mix in some moves from the next phase until you're read to fully move on. You're in control - simply listen to your body and let it guide you.
It's entirely personal - have you experienced improvement? Do you feel you could try the next stage? If so, mindfully experiment with moving on as detailed above.
If your body is absolutely not responding at all after 4 modules or more of daily exercises, and you have been following all the alignment advice, doing all the stretches… then something isn’t connecting for you.
Use the MUTU Mamas Connect support forum for tips from others on getting started with the reconnection process. Revisit Core 1 and give yourself some patience and love. Watch and listen with an open mind and an open heart. Don’t get mad with your body – it’s trying. You may just need a little more mindfulness, a little more quiet to focus, a little more time.
