What do I do when I have completed the program?

After completing the 12 modules you should be feeling stronger, fitter and incredibly proud of yourself! 

You've learnt how to get stronger, self assess, know when you need to modify and know when you're ready to move on to more. When your core is functional and strong in any movement, then you can do any movement.  So take those principles forward with you in your day to day life so that you can determine when you're ready for more (whatever that looks like for you).

Will I need to use my core correctly forever though? ....

YES. Remember you will only maintain the benefits of your core restoration if you continue to mindfully move during those activities, the way you did to heal your body. Every movement, every workout, needs a core that works, so don’t forget about it once you ( especially when you) have a heavy toddler, a barbell or a 10K in front of you. 

So continue to walk daily, stretch (they feel good right?), eat fresh REAL food, hydrate, and if you take one lesson from here (and we hope you take much more) it's Squat properly EVERY DAY.  There isn’t a muscle in your body that won’t thank you. So keep on looking after that beautiful body of yours, always.
