How long is a module/how many repetitions should I do of each exercise?

How long should I spend on a module?

We recommend that you spend at least one week on each module.

The program is split into 4 phases of Core and 4 phases of Intensive workouts, spread out across the 12 modules and getting progressively more challenging. 

Everyone starts on Module 1, doing Core 1. This is a once daily workout where you set the foundations for the whole program and for this reason you purposefully repeat this workout in Modules 1, 2 and 3. 

Everything you need to do and how often you need to do it is explained in your journal. So for instance in your journal for Module 1 it says "CORE 1 Every Day" This means you do Core 1.... every day!

Listen to your body and if you need to spend longer than a week on a particularly module, we totally encourage you to do that - take your time and only progress to the next one when you feel ready. 

How many repetitions do I do in the exercises?

Each core workout starts with 2 full MUTU breaths. These breaths help you relax, focus and connect, so don't skip this bit... it's important!

After the MUTU breath comes the core exercises themselves. We aim to do each one for 5 full breaths. Take your time - no rush on this.  You follow the whole core video just once through, every day.  

For the intensives workouts, you do each warm up move for 30 seconds each. The actual exercises are done for 45 seconds each, with a 15 second rest between each. You will see a timer circle on screen to help you count this. There are three rounds of the intensive exercises, per intensive video.  On the days you are doing an intensive workout, you'd follow the intensive video once through.
