M² Challenge

The goal of this challenge is to help you gain even more MOMENTUM and MOTIVATION in your MUTU journey by coming together as a community for a week of focused commitment in whatever module you are currently on.

This challenge is composed of 4 daily actions: 

1. DAILY AFFIRMATION

There is power in repeating positive affirmations. Each day of the challenge you will have a different affirmation that has been chosen based on what so many of our MUTU mamas have spoken about, struggle with, and could really benefit from focusing on. Repeat these affirmations throughout the day. Reflect on them. Believe them. As you do you will feel an internal shift happen. 

2. JOURNAL PROMPT

These prompts are meant to get you really thinking, reflecting, and processing. These questions are important elements of your healing journey and experience. Try to take some time each day to answer these and write out your thoughts. Look at this as a time to get inside your own head, be honest with yourself, and learn about yourself.

3. MUTU MODULE TASKS

Everyone will be at a different point in their MUTU journey during this challenge. Whatever module you are currently on as this challenge starts is the module you will keep working through. Some may be at the very start in module 1 and others will be further along. Commit to where you are and cheer others along where they are at. 

4. POST IN CONNECT 

Each day there is a prompt for you to answer in Connect. Our community is amazing! During this challenge let's utilize it even more by sharing each day and supporting by commenting on other's posts.
