Baby Feeding & Alignment

We've all been there... the moves we didn't even know we had as we try to get our baby to feed! Remember that the main focus at this moment is absolutely on connecting with your baby and enjoying this precious time so try not to over worry about alignment mama!

There's ways to make yourself feel as comfortable and supported whilst you're feeding. So use as many pillows, cushions or rolled up blankets to help you to maintain a more optimal position, so that your ribs are in line with your pelvis as you feed your baby.  But remember this is about connection time, not perfect alignment.
