How Long will my MUTU Kit Bag take to arrive?

Delivery

Within the US

Parcels are sent out from the UK by via Kuehne + Nagel.  On arrival in the US, your parcel will be handed over to your local postal provider FedEx to complete delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival. 

Within the UK

Parcels are sent out from the UK and delivered by Yodel.  On average they aim to deliver within 3-5 working days but ask that you allow up to 10 working days if this does not arrive earlier. 

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Your kit bag will be sent from the UK. We are obliged to declare the full price value of the item when it leaves the UK, regardless of any offers available at the time of purchase.  Whilst we do not charge VAT on Kit Bags sent outside the UK, some customs authorities may apply additional charges based on the full price value. These are set on a country by country basis and we recommend you check with your local authority, ahead of purchase.
