What if I follow a vegetarian/vegan diet or have other dietary requirements?
The MUTU Food Guide is not a diet or restrictive eating plan, but rather a guide to help you make healthy and nutritious choices. It's based on simple principles of eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, including good sources of protein with each meal, limiting processed foods and drinking plenty of water.
The guidance is flexible enough to allow you to incorporate these principles into your day to day, regardless of whether you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet or have other dietary requirements.
