Which Yoga/Pilates moves are ok? What should I avoid?

Main things to avoid are boat pose… Be careful with back bends… Basically avoid anything that jack-knives or ‘crunches’, Pilates 100’s, or straight leg lifts, single or double… The same guidelines as before and the same danger signs to watch out for. As advised with other workouts above, if you’re stable, strong, supported and functional when doing it, it’s probably ok. if you’re not, you’re not.
