What more intensive exercise is safe to do after MUTU?
When you complete your MUTU Program, the information above still applies. When your core is functional and strong in any movement, then you can do any movement. So returning to your favourite activity, or starting something new, is always based on listening to your body’s signals as outlined above. Feel good? Stable, supported, strong, no pooching, leaking or doming? You can do that workout. Any danger signs present? Back up, revisit the Core Phases and try again
