Modifications

We always encourage you to work within your own capabilities, listen to your body and modify things if you need to.

Whether you're pregnant, have pelvic symptoms, or simply want tips on building up to certain movements, the Modifications section and MUTU Masterclasses, have you covered.

And of course, if you need to modify or even avoid the intensive workouts for any reason, you can still continue to follow your Core workouts. Simply mark the module as complete to move on to the next one.

Remember that Diastasis Recti is a result of inappropriate or ineffective loading on a compromised and weakened core, and of excessive intra abdominal pressure. By following these gentle stages of Core, and taking a daily walk in correct alignment, you will be improving these issues. So if you need to skip the Intensive workouts, simply mark the module as complete to move on to the next.
